About the Role
As a Regional Sales Manager C&I Energy Storage, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint in the commercial and industrial energy storage sector. Your main focus will be on fast-tracking sales growth, establishing strong partnerships with EPC installers, distributors, and key clients, and driving our go-to-market execution. You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, securing major projects, and positioning our C&I solutions as a leader in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a high-impact sales strategy to penetrate the DACH region's C&I energy storage market.
Proactively acquire and manage EPC installers, distributors, and strategic sales partners to establish a robust sales network.
Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting to contract closure, ensuring rapid deal execution.
Identify and capitalize on high-value commercial and industrial energy storage projects to drive large-scale adoption.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive landscapes to refine sales approaches and market positioning.
Regularly provide sales forecasts, market insights, and customer feedback to inform business strategy.

What We Are Looking For
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in sales of energy storage solutions, renewable energy, or similar technical products in the C&I sector.
Proven track record of rapid sales growth and market expansion within the energy sector.
Strong network and experience in working with EPC installers, distributors, and key industry partners.
Exceptional sales, negotiation, and business development skills, with a focus on fast execution.
Entrepreneurial mindset, high-energy, and results-driven, with the ability to scale new solutions quickly.
Willingness to travel frequently across the DACH region to meet clients and partners.
Fluent in German and English.
