Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of existing key accounts, ensuring strong customer relationships through regular engagement, performance reviews, contract renewals, and service optimization.
  • Drive commercial excellence through pricing improvements, contract extensions, and value-added offerings.
  • Execute territory growth plans focused on prospecting and solution-led selling
  • Collaborate with internal technical, supply chain, and marketing teams to support a seamless sales process.
  • Promote the company’s value proposition, including in-house production, validated cleanroom products, and scientific expertise.
  • Build multi-level relationships with key stakeholders across customer organizations.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Excellent consultative selling skills, with a focus on uncovering pain points and providing value.
  • Strong verbal and written communication in German and English.
  • Prior experience in pharma, biotech, cleanroom, or medtech environments.
  • Persistence and resilience, with the ability to handle rejection and maintain momentum over long sales cycles.
