We are looking for a sales regional manager for Germany, to support our growth.

Responsibilities
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
Market Analysis: Research and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including expanding into new markets and customer segments.
Sales Forecasting: Develop sales forecasts and budgets, and monitor performance against targets.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports and analyses to track performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
Trade Shows and Events: Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote our products and network with potential partners.
Account management for strategic customers.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience in Sales and customer success roles in the food and beverage industry, preferably with a focus on compounds and ingredients.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems.
Fluent in both written and spoken English and German.
Very good level in Microsoft Office systems (PowerPoint, Excel).
