Reginal Sales Manager - Automotive / Secure Solutions / Mobility - remote in Germany

We have partnered with a global leader in wheelchair passenger safety solutions, with over 40 years of experience operating across four continents.

As part of their continued expansion in Europe, we are seeking to appoint Regional Sales Manager to lead the European sales efforts. This role is responsible for growing revenue, developing strategic relationships, and managing a high-performing regional sales team in the automotive and vehicle adaptation sector.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and coach the regional sales team, driving performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage key accounts, handle pricing within SOA, and resolve complex issues.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with strategic goals.
  • Represent the company at industry events to expand market presence.
  • Use CRM (Salesforce) and Power BI to manage pipelines, forecast sales, and analyze trends.

Requirements :

  • Proven success in technical sales and team leadership within the EU market.
  • Fluent in English and German; willing to travel extensively across Europe.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in automotive component or vehicle adaptation sales.
  • EU passport and full driving license.
