What You’ll Do :

  • Formulate and execute sales strategies to exceed targets and grow market share
  • Lead and mentor a regional sales team to peak performance
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and R&D to align product offerings with market needs
  • Analyse market trends and adjust tactics to stay ahead of the curve
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in sectors like Automotive Electronics, Medical Devices, and Smart Logistics

What You Bring :

  • 10+ years of sales experience, with proven success in managing teams and hitting targets
  • Solid experience working with international customers and Chinese companies
  • Familiarity with components such as connectors, screens, and electronic mechanical parts
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills and customer relationship expertise
  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Marketing, Business, or related fields — MBA a plus
