We are now looking for a Regional Sales Manager for our client Metcar.

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead sales efforts across Europe. This remote role will focus on driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building long-term customer relationships in a dynamic, multicultural market. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, organized, and energetic professional with a proven ability to deliver results and the flexibility to travel extensively within Europe to engage with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain expert level of product and application knowledge.
  • Articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users.
  • Oversee the coordination and transfer of new orders between sales, engineering, the customer, and manufacturing to ensure accurate design and compliance with customer specifications.
  • Maintain accurate records of target accounts, opportunities, quotes, projects, contacts, and correspondence in company-approved databases.
  • Analyze monthly sales outcomes and create reports for upper management
  • Build and maintain positive client and customer relationships
  • Research, attend, and participate in relevant trade shows and other industry events.
  • Contributor to the marketing team and supports in the generation of content used in the sales process
  • Support the Product Manager with the design requirements of new products from customers
  • Travel across Europe to meet clients, conduct presentations, and strengthen partnerships (60% to 80%).

TECHNICAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience in a technical or manufacturing industry, with a focus on European markets.
  • Ability to interpret technical specifications, blueprints, and drawings.
  • Proficiency in CRM and CAD and Microsoft Office.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional European languages are a strong advantage.

  • Strong cross-cultural communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse business environments across Europe.
  • Strategic thinking with a proven track record of achieving sales targets in multi-country regions.
  • Creativity and self-motivation to identify potential projects.
  • Experience in forecasting, budgeting, and market analysis across European markets.
  • Flexibility and resilience to handle frequent travel and varying time zones.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders simultaneously.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Base location : Remote, Europe (Ideally Germany, Poland or Czech Republic), with access to major transportation hubs preferred.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Europe (~60-80%).
  • Experience with trade shows and industry events within the European region.
  • Completion of product & company-specific training programs provided by the company.
