Qualifikationen

  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Führungserfahrung und 4 Jahre Vertriebserfahrung.
  • Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen, insbesondere Salesforce.

Responsibilities

  1. Pre-sale and Sales
  • Supervise and define the sales plan.
  • Communicate strategic sales objectives to the sales team.
  • Monitor sales results and propose corrective actions.
  • Understand customer needs and ensure provided solutions match expectations.
  • Maintain open communication channels with customers.
  • Collaborate with the Community Manager for smooth onboarding.
  • Identify, retain, and develop talent within the team.
  • Ensure all sales employees have targets and personal sales plans.
  • Formulate strategies for an effective sales team.
  • Monitor outstanding balances and follow up with the sales team.
  • Customer Success - Retention and Upsell
    • Analyze and optimize sales targets for SMB and Enterprise customers.
    • Use CRM System (Salesforce) to maintain an updated customer base.
    • Identify new customer needs and forecast future expansions.
    • Resolve payment issues monthly.
    • Execute the SMB retention plan.
    • Support the customer experience team.
    • Coordinate promotional activities undertaken by the sales department.
    • Be adaptable to work in other key sales areas as needed.

    Requirements

    • BA/BSc/MA in relevant fields.
    • 2+ years of leadership experience.
    • 4+ years of sales experience.
    • Comfortable using CRM platforms (Salesforce experience is highly desirable).
    • Experience working in and leading a team.
    • Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit.
    • Results-oriented work style.
    • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
    • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Proficient in German and English.
    • A proactive and positive approach.
