Regional Sales Manager – DACH / Germany / Austria / Switzerland

The Nasuni Regional Sales Manager is an Enterprise Account Executive role. This is an individual contributor Sales hunter position focused on net new Cloud File Storage Solutions customers in DACH. You will work with DACH Enterprise customers and lines of business to address challenges in data management, cloud storage, cloud infrastructure, and backup recovery solutions. This is a 100% remote position in Germany, with anticipated travel around 50% within the DACH territory.

Nasuni Regional Sales Managers previously held titles such as Account Executive, Account Manager, Sales Director, Sales Manager, Sales Executive, Major Accounts, Territory Account Manager, Enterprise Sales, or Area Sales Manager.

As the Regional Sales Manager, you will…

  • Meet and exceed the sales quota for the DACH region, including Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
  • Prospect and close target accounts against competitors by leveraging channel partners, inside sales, and individual initiatives.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with all levels of channel partners and customer organizations, from departments to CxO level.
  • Apply knowledge of specific vertical markets, requirements, and infrastructure attributes to sell Nasuni’s solutions effectively.
  • Drive account strategies and coordinate team-selling efforts with partners to close business quarterly and annually.
  • Manage multiple partners, customers, and opportunities efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and clear communication with management.
  • Ensure referenceable customer satisfaction in all assigned accounts.

Required sales skills and experience include…

  • Experience selling storage and/or data management software solutions to enterprise customers in Germany and the DACH region.
  • Experience in driving partner recruitment, enablement, and go-to-market strategies in Germany.
  • Proven success in high-growth company environments, demonstrating entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced, high-performance culture.
  • Experience working with high-growth SaaS cloud solution products, with an entrepreneurial sales mindset essential for success at Nasuni.
