Our client is a leader in storage software for enterprise. They are looking for an executive sales leader for a strategic position to grow their business throughout DACH and Nordics. This is a unique opportunity for an exceptional Sales Executive with a desire to drive change and evangelize new technologies. If you have experience in both large corporate and start-up environments and thrive in a fast-paced setting, this opportunity is for you!

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Solid experience managing at least 30 people in DACH and Nordics in a distributed organization
  • Proven experience in direct and indirect (solutions) selling to enterprise customers in storage software and hardware
  • Experience in target account selling, solution selling, and complex sales cycles with CxO level stakeholders
  • Ability to plan and actively manage a region to maximize revenue and efficiency
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, including presenting to all organizational levels, including Executives and CxO
  • Results-oriented, self-starter, creative thinker with leadership qualities
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills, including presentation skills
  • High integrity, honesty, and work ethic
  • Availability to travel as needed

Responsibilities:
