As we continue to grow, we're seeking a Regional Sales Director to drive B2B sales, develop new partnerships, and increase market penetration in designated regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve and exceed targets
  • Identify and secure new B2B customers: pharmacies, beauty retailers, department stores, and distributors
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing partners and key accounts
  • Represent Vitayes at relevant industry events, trade shows, and business meetings
  • Deliver detailed market feedback and sales forecasts to management
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to align market entry strategies
  • Ensure brand consistency and pricing compliance in the region
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in the cosmetics, skincare, or wellness sector
  • Proven track record in driving revenue growth and building strong partnerships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
  • Strong knowledge of the regional retail or distribution landscape
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
  • Fluent in German and English; other languages are a plus
  • Willingness to travel within the region when necessary
