Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire sales process in local and surrounding markets, including identifying target markets, formulating sales strategies, executing sales plans, and developing target customers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by proactively prospecting and networking; work closely with local teams to develop sales pipelines and achieve sales targets.
- Manage, strengthen, and expand a portfolio of corporate clients, both new and existing, by providing excellent customer service and building long-term relationships.
- Attend client meetings, understand client needs, and interpret the company's products, technical solutions, and quotations to effectively address client requirements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to prepare for and attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to approach new customers, generate leads, and promote the company’s products.
- Conduct regular market research, collect competitor information, analyze market trends, and support company decision-making.
- Manage the sales team and help achieve the team’s sales goals.
Experience / Qualifications:
- College degree or higher.
- At least 5 years of experience in the automation sales industry, with familiarity with industry trends and developments.
- Residing in Augsburg, Germany, or planning to develop in the local area long-term; willing to travel for business.
- Proficient in German; English and Chinese are preferred.
- Strong ability to understand and interpret technical solutions, with excellent market development and customer relationship management skills. Excellent communication, coordination, and team management abilities.
