Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the entire sales process in local and surrounding markets, including identifying target markets, formulating sales strategies, executing sales plans, and developing target customers.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities by proactively prospecting and networking; work closely with local teams to develop sales pipelines and achieve sales targets.
  3. Manage, strengthen, and expand a portfolio of corporate clients, both new and existing, by providing excellent customer service and building long-term relationships.
  4. Attend client meetings, understand client needs, and interpret the company's products, technical solutions, and quotations to effectively address client requirements.
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to prepare for and attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to approach new customers, generate leads, and promote the company’s products.
  6. Conduct regular market research, collect competitor information, analyze market trends, and support company decision-making.
  7. Manage the sales team and help achieve the team’s sales goals.

Experience / Qualifications:

  1. College degree or higher.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in the automation sales industry, with familiarity with industry trends and developments.
  3. Residing in Augsburg, Germany, or planning to develop in the local area long-term; willing to travel for business.
  4. Proficient in German; English and Chinese are preferred.
  5. Strong ability to understand and interpret technical solutions, with excellent market development and customer relationship management skills. Excellent communication, coordination, and team management abilities.
