Role Description
As a Regional Sales Director, you will be a key part of Renon Power’s efforts to expand our market presence in Europe. This role involves driving sales growth in your designated region (UK, Italy, or Germany), developing strong customer relationships, and promoting our energy storage solutions. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, crafting tailored sales strategies, and leading your regional team to success. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our solutions meet the evolving needs of customers and support Renon’s broader growth objectives in Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Regional Sales Strategy: Develop and implement regional sales strategies that drive market penetration and sales growth in the European market.
- Business Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. Focus on key regional markets for energy storage solutions.
- Customer Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire the regional sales team, providing coaching and support to help them achieve sales goals and develop their careers.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities in the region. Use these insights to optimize sales approaches and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and technical teams to ensure that our offerings meet regional market demands and are well-positioned.
Qualifications
1.Experience: At least 5 years of sales leadership experience, preferably in the energy storage, renewable energy, or related sectors. Proven track record of sales growth and team leadership.
2.Language Proficiency:
- UK: Fluent in English.
- Italy: Fluent in Italian and English.
- Germany: Fluent in German and English.
3.Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Business Administration, or Marketing.
4.Skills:
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Experience managing and growing a sales team.
- Ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
