Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the entire sales process in local and surrounding markets, including identifying target markets, formulating sales strategies, executing sales plans, and developing target customers.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities by proactively prospecting and networking, working closely with local teams to develop sales pipelines and achieve sales targets.
  3. Manage, strengthen, and expand a portfolio of corporate clients, both new and existing, by providing excellent customer service and building long-term relationships.
  4. Attend client meetings, understand client needs, and interpret the company's products and technical solutions to effectively address client requirements.
  5. Work with the marketing team to prepare and attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to approach new customers, generate leads, and promote the company’s products.
  6. Regularly conduct market research, collect competitor information, analyze market trends, and provide support for company decision-making.
  7. Manage the sales team and achieve the team's sales goals.
Experience / Qualifications
  1. College degree or above.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in the automation sales industry, familiar with industry trends and developments.
  3. Already settled in Augsburg, Germany or plan to develop in the local area for a long time; must be able to adapt to business trips.
  4. Proficient in German; English/Chinese is preferred.
  5. Ability to understand and interpret technical solutions, with excellent market development and customer relationship management skills, as well as strong communication, coordination, and team management abilities.
