UCB seeks a Regional Rare Disease Lead in Mettmann, focusing on Myasthenia Gravis. To strengthen our team for rare diseases, we are looking for an enthusiastic and talented individual to join us as the Regional Rare Disease Lead (m / f / d) for the Berlin / Brandenburg / Mecklenburg-Vorpommern area.
About the Role
As the Regional Rare Disease Lead, you will represent UCB in the field of Myasthenia Gravis and contribute to improving the lives of people with this rare disease. You will play a central role in identifying and building collaborations with relevant healthcare stakeholders and implementing commercial strategies so that patients can benefit from our targeted therapeutic solutions. Your responsibilities include proactively maximizing awareness, optimizing the patient journey (earlier and more accurate diagnosis, faster access to effective treatments), and promoting the appropriate use of our UCB products. Please note that this role does not include disciplinary leadership.
Who You Will Work With
Your key internal stakeholders will be the Rare Disease Leadership Team and the UCB departments - Marketing, Medical, and Market Access. You will primarily work with target physicians from clinics and practices, pharmacists, and members of relevant care teams within your area.
