Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for strategic business partnering? As our new Regional People Partner, you will play a key role in driving people initiatives while advising leaders across the business. With your solid knowledge of labor law and excellent communication and negotiation skills, you will be a trusted advisor in a dynamic, international environment.

Your role in our team

With direct reference to HR Director in Denmark, you will become part of the Global HR Operations. In this role, you will partner with leaders across commercial and corporate support business lines in Germany & Netherlands, but more specifically with the Space Operations line of the business. You will serve as a specialist and subject matter expert in HR operations, employee relations, performance management, talent development, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.

How you will make a meaningful contribution

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Business Partnering: Advise and support our managers on all operational and, in some cases, strategic HR topics and support them in implementing our HR Strategy for the locations Germany and the Netherlands
  • HR Controlling: Provide HR metrics and reports
  • Act as interface between international HR-Team, payroll, internal and external Stakeholders and ensure timely communication and information
  • Change Processes: Execute on global HR organization initiatives regarding future organizational structures and change management and help strengthen our corporate culture in line with our Terma values.
  • HR Projects & Processes: Proactively solve HR-related challenges and work on projects to further develop HR processes in cooperation with your colleagues and international teams.
  • Yearly cycle activities: supporting the Danish team with ensuring timely execution of yearly cycle activities.
  • Employee Life Cycle: In your role, you are responsible for all employees in Germany as well as the Netherlands and support all HR processes independently, from onboarding to exit and change processes incl. their administration, ensuring legal compliance

Bring your world class expertise into play

You have excellent communication and negotiation skills, coupled with assertivenessin both English and German

  • You have minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant capacity, regardless of age or seniority
  • You have solid knowledge of German employment law and regulations
  • Knowledge of Dutch labor law is an advantage
  • Affinity with compliance requirements and implementing new processes
