We have a new opportunity for you as Outside Sales Manager! In this role, you will directly manage all Actuation Technologies business in the BENELUX, DACH & Central and Southeast Europe regions and engage with customers to plan, develop, and implement Sales Initiatives to achieve order volume and profitability targets.

IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:
  • Achieve Sales, Bookings, and Gross Profit targets for the Actuation Technologies portfolio in your sales territory.
  • Identify and understand market requirements within your territory and develop strategies to improve revenue and gross margins.
  • Manage existing customers and seek new opportunities to promote products, services, and solutions.
  • Customer base includes OEMs, Distributors, Intercompany Sales Offices, and End-Users.
  • Report market trends, competition strategies, and customer behavior to the Senior Regional Sales Manager.
  • Develop a Distribution strategy to serve the end-user market and improve revenue and profitability.
  • Manage the distribution sales channel through joint calls, opportunity sharing, sales planning, marketing initiatives, and pricing management.
  • Report distribution status and plans to the European Sales Director.
  • Update business expectations within forecasting processes.
  • Participate in trade shows, fairs, and conferences to promote products and solutions.
  • Collaborate with operations, order management, and service teams to ensure delivery and customer satisfaction.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum of X years in Sales/Sales Management, preferably in Oil & Gas/Petrochemical/Chemical Industries, with experience in flow control applications.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong personality with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in English; willingness to travel; valid driving license.
  • Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
  • Fluency in German and/or Dutch; knowledge of Hungarian, Polish, or Romanian is a plus.
