We are searching for a regional manager play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, and opinion leaders across the DACH & CEE region. Key Responsibilities :

Medical Strategy Development

• Develop and implement medical strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of medical affairs activities into overall brand plans.
• Identify, engage, and build relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.
• Facilitate advisory board meetings and educational programs to enhance product understanding and usage.

Clinical Support

• Act as a clinical resource for internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide training and support to sales and marketing teams on medical and scientific aspects of medical devices.

Scientific Communication

• Develop and review scientific content, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Represent the company at conferences, symposiums, and other scientific events.

Requirements :

• Medical or nursing degree preferred.
• Clinical experience advantageous.
• Previous experience in a medical affairs or clinical specialist role within the medical device industry.
• Strong understanding of the DACH & CEE region.
• Native German speaker, and fluent in English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Travel up to 60%
