Role Responsibilities: What you'll do

1. Developing the regional marketing plan for the mid-market segment in Germany in alignment with overall lead and pipeline generation goals in close collaboration with Sales and other stakeholders
2. End-to-end execution, project management, and monitoring of regional marketing campaigns, including events, trade shows, webinars, email, digital advertising, and direct mail
3. Regular alignment with internal marketing stakeholders to integrate regional insights and needs into the overall marketing strategy, e.g., Content Marketing, Product Marketing, Brand and Communications.
4. Acting as the main point of contact for regional marketing initiatives, ensuring that local market nuances are effectively addressed
5. Reporting on KPIs for all regional marketing activities and providing insights to improve future campaigns
6. Managing the regional marketing budget effectively to ensure optimal ROI

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

1. You are a native German speaker and fluent in English
2. You have 3+ years of experience in Marketing with a background in SaaS or at a forward-thinking technology firm
3. You have a proven track record of developing and executing regional marketing strategies
4. Experience with Marketing Automation tools and CRMs
5. You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are driven by impact, thriving on being measured by results
6. You are comfortable speaking with senior stakeholders and can confidently represent your position in negotiations with external parties
7. You have experience marketing complex products towards the mid-market segment and know the buyer journey and the behaviour of the target group
8. You feel comfortable working in a collaborative environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously
