Jobbeschreibung

Renesas is seeking an experienced, motivated Regional Marketing Manager to drive business development within our regional customer base.

Responsibilities:

  1. Maximize Renesas business in the assigned region/customer base.
  2. Develop a detailed understanding of the customer base and Microcontroller TAM/SAM in the region.
  3. Formulate regional go-to-market strategies, prioritize customers, and determine support levels.
  4. Drive demand creation and execute strategies to increase market share.
  5. Maintain relationships across all levels with customers and internal Account Managers.
  6. Identify new opportunities and manage the sales funnel effectively.
  7. Collaborate with the Regional Sales Team and Business Units to include Renesas Microcontrollers in all customer programs.
  8. Ensure accurate forecasting for the Microcontroller Product Portfolio.
  9. Conduct regular business reviews with customers and branches to meet targets.
  10. Monitor competitive activity and develop strategies to counteract competitors.
  11. Provide feedback on market trends, customer status, and business opportunities.
  12. Utilize Renesas tools for reporting and analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; equivalent experience considered.
  • 5+ years of sales or marketing experience in the semiconductor industry, preferably with Microcontrollers.
  • Experience in technology sales, ideally within automotive accounts.
  • Self-motivated with strong initiative.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong project management, organizational, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Good commercial acumen.
