Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
Lead the Regional Marketing Organisation.
Implement the Global marketing strategy locally in the Region / countries and ensure the effective implementation of tactical marketing programs defined by Global Marketing, Global Product management, Global Launch management, and Global / DACH T&E.
Be part of the team of Marketing Managers and work closely with the Global Marketing Management Team as well as the Regional sales organization.
Responsible for all commercial marketing activities including marketing, product management, sales support, marketing communications, educational needs and plans, partnering activities, key regional and local symposia.
Provide strategic market direction and work closely with all functional areas in the Regional Countries and with the Headquarter.
Provide leadership in product positioning, develop performance expectations, monitor country / RSM / Reps performances, and oversee customer satisfaction.
Develop MQL and SQL for the sales organization and drive regional PD initiatives.

Job Requirements:
Academic degree, ideally a Master’s, in Marketing and Communication.
At least 5 years of experience leading a marketing department in a subsidiary of a global organization.
Fluency in English and German (spoken and written).
Excellent product and marketing knowledge.
Strong leadership capabilities.
Proficient in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
Ability to manage tasks independently while aligning with the Global Marketing organization, DACH marketing, Regional sales, and DACH T&E organizations.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Practical experience with Digital Marketing and Funnel Management.
