We have an exciting opportunity for you as :

Regional Market Manager (all genders welcome) within our Sales department of the Kia Europe Headquarters in Frankfurt / Main, Germany.

Job Mission :

As a Regional Market Manager, you will be an expert on the assigned Distributor markets at Kia Europe, driving EU's strategic priorities with the markets. You will be the main point of contact and support for the assigned markets, aiming to steer European Distributor Markets towards Kia EU's strategic goals, growth, and operational excellence.

Your Responsibilities :

Proactive Market Management of assigned Area of Responsibility (AOR) consisting of several Distributor Markets :

  1. Overall ORDER / SALES performance management – ensuring target compliance through market performance tracking, risk and opportunity identification, and recovery and growth planning.
  2. Annual Business Plan (ABP) management – overseeing the process in the AOR, including Long Term plan, Business Plan analysis, volume/incentive budget negotiation, and mid-year reviews.
  3. Monthly / Weekly Sales forecasting – monitoring market performance, identifying risks and opportunities, and proposing mitigation or growth strategies.
  4. Incentive Budget management – ensuring compliance, monitoring, balancing, and negotiating ad-hoc changes with markets.
  5. Risk / Liquidity management – managing company risk exposure through payment setup optimization and order security in collaboration with Finance.
  6. Facilitating Distributors' issues with other departments (Product, Pricing, Finance, Network, Customer Experience, etc.).
  7. Stakeholder Management – acting as a bridge between markets and Regional HQ, ensuring clear communication and alignment on business priorities.
  8. Influencing and driving decisions among RHQ executives to achieve shared goals.
  9. Legal compliance – following up on issues related to WSA, contracts, trademark agreements, etc.
  10. Conducting regular market visits.

Your Talents : Education :

University degree (Master level is a plus)

Experience :

Minimum of 5 years in the automotive industry;

Ideally 2 years in a sales management role with a strong understanding of sales processes of dealers and local NSC.

Familiarity with sales program creation and market analysis.

Skills :

Strong commercial and negotiation skills for senior management discussions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with target and deadline focus.

Proactive with market trend anticipation.

Collaborative approach across departments and regions.

Adaptable to fast-paced environments.

Fluent in English; additional European languages are advantageous.
