Danaher is seeking a Regional Leader, Europe (f/m/d) for its Labor and Employee Relations (LER) Center of Excellence. This role is responsible for driving the LER COE mission in Europe: to transform the provision of labor and employee relations services — emphasizing fairness, expertise, experience, efficiency, and professionalism. The Regional Leader must operate within a process-oriented function, with clear governance, roles, and responsibilities, relying on data-driven decisions focused on continuous improvement and deployment.
The LER COE Regional Leader for Europe will also develop creative and effective recommendations for challenging and sensitive labor and employee relations issues, supporting a positive and fair workplace culture aligned with Danaher’s Code of Conduct and Core Values. This leader must drive strategic and operational solutions, build strong stakeholder relationships, and influence across the region, including with employee representatives such as unions and works councils. A nuanced understanding of labor relations and effective relationship management is essential.
This position is part of the Labor & Employee Relations team within Human Resources and is remote-based.
