Regional HR Manager

in Germany or one of our Country Offices

The position is to be filled as soon as possible, with an unlimited contract duration. Employment location will be in Germany or one of our Country Offices with a national contract.

As Regional HR Manager, you will become a key member of our "Regional HR Management" team, working closely with the Teamlead and team members to support and develop HR structures across our global country offices. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor and partner for our leaders and HR colleagues, ensuring the effective implementation of HR processes, driving continuous improvement, and contributing to the long-term strengthening of our global HR framework. This position offers you the opportunity to actively shape HR work in a dynamic, international environment and to make a meaningful contribution to advancing our global HR efforts.

Your responsibilities

  • Advising and supporting leaders and HR colleagues in our Country Offices on all HR-related topics – from strategic topics, compliance topics to operational HR matters
  • Monitoring and ensuring the proper application of internal regulations and applicable laws
  • Independently managing and conducting recruitment processes in compliance with our global HR standards
  • Analyzing and optimizing HR processes with the goal of sustainably increasing the efficiency and quality of our global HR work
  • Collaborating closely with the Teamlead of the Regional HR Team to identify trends and developments in the global HR landscape and actively contributing to cross-functional special projects and strategic initiatives
  • Promoting a collaborative and partnership-based working relationship within our global HR community to ensure global HR standards and the establishment of best practices

Your profile

  • A university or college degree with a focus on Human Resources or comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable role within an international HR context
  • Strong advisory skills in different cultural contexts and the ability to provide HR guidance to leaders and HR colleagues
  • High level of problem-solving competence and a structured, analytical working style
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to coordinate and organize even under high work pressure and in a multicultural environment
  • Willingness to incorporate data-driven approaches and innovative methods into your work
  • Very good written and spoken English; good knowledge of German and/or French is an advantage
