Excellent opportunity working for a PE Backed hospitality company looking for a Cluster Financial Controller to oversee the financial operations of multiple hotels within their German market. This is a key leadership role, responsible for financial strategy, reporting, and cost management to drive profitability and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the financial performance of multiple hotels, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Analyse financial data to optimise cost control and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, industry regulations, and accounting standards.
  • Lead and develop hotel finance teams, ensuring best practices across all properties.
  • Collaborate with General Managers and department heads to enhance financial performance.
  • Monitor cash flow, revenue management, and financial risks.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager or Financial Controller in the hospitality/hotel industry, preferably in a multi-property role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting in a hotel environment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
