The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in the manufacturing sector, preferably in the Oil & Gas or Food industry. This role involves developing preventive maintenance strategies, conducting technical assessments, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Qualifikationen

• Strong knowledge of E&I regulations (IEC, VDE) and compliance standards.
• Strong knowledge of IEC and VDE regulatory standards and compliance.
• Expertise in predictive and preventive maintenance strategies.
• Project management and resource optimization skills.
• Fluent in English; other European languages (German, Dutch, French) are a plus.
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct technical assessments, identify improvement opportunities, and support sites in closing gaps.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies for E&I assets.
• Align electrical maintenance projects and budgets with strategic objectives.
• Define and maintain critical spare parts strategies.
• Provide troubleshooting and technical support to site E&I teams.
• Lead reliability initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
• Prepare and review technical documentation, including design specifications and maintenance manuals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on system design and integration.
• Support vendor selection and procurement for E&I equipment.
• Drive training programs and skill development for E&I teams.
• Define and monitor KPIs to improve safety, quality, and cost efficiency.

Your Profile

• Degree in Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing (preferably Oil & Gas or Food industry) and maintenance functions.
• Strong knowledge of E&I regulations (IEC, VDE) and compliance standards.
• Expertise in predictive and preventive maintenance.
• Project management and resource optimization skills.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages (German, Dutch, French) are a plus.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
