As the Regional Cybersecurity Officer (f / m / d) for the DACH region, you will play a critical role in strengthening our cybersecurity posture and resilience. You will lead regional cybersecurity initiatives, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to mitigate risks and protect our assets.

Your IMPACT:

  • Develop and implement regional cybersecurity strategies aligned with global security policies and business objectives
  • Oversee regional incident response activities, including investigation, containment, eradication, and post-incident analysis
  • Engage with customer CISOs and participate in industry events to represent Schneider Electric's cybersecurity expertise and build strong relationships
  • Collaborate with business leadership to address regional cybersecurity concerns and ensure alignment with business priorities
  • Promote and maintain a strong cybersecurity culture within the region, driving awareness and best practices
  • Support the security posture of ecosystem partners to ensure a consistent security approach across the value chain
  • Contribute to cyber crisis simulations to enhance preparedness and response capabilities.
  • Support customer cybersecurity assessments and address related inquiries
  • Oversee regional compliance with relevant cybersecurity standards and regulations, including supporting audits and certifications (e.g., ISO 27001)
  • Provide cybersecurity guidance and oversight for regional projects

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or relevant master's degree preferred
  • Several years experience in cybersecurity management within a complex, international enterprise environment
  • Extensive experience in incident management
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and standards (e.g., CIS Controls, NIST CSF, NIST RMF, ISO 27000 series, IEC 62443)
  • Excellent communication skills in English and fluency in German
  • Demonstrated ability to work through influencing and collaboration
  • Strong problem solving and time management skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%
