Jobbeschreibung

Tasks

  • Designing and delivering monthly financial and analytical reports to management and monitoring performance at the Regional level.
  • Collaborating with countries within the Region to plan, develop, and monitor IT operating expenses and budgets.
  • Providing solid, reliable, and accurate analytical financial information regarding IT expenses.
  • Initiating and managing budgeting and forecasting processes and monitoring deviations.
  • Optimizing and developing reporting and analysis processes.
  • Conducting ad hoc analyses to support the IT Management team in decision-making.
  • Developing and establishing ongoing IT and project cost reporting (CAPEX, OPEX, and KPIs).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Analysis, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience, ideally in IT and/or project controlling within an international company.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in another European language such as French or German is a plus.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent quality awareness and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in the logistics industry (e.g., contract logistics or freight forwarding) is an advantage.
