We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional CHC Operations Coordinator to join Norgine.

The person in this role will report to the Regional Head and be a member of the Commercial Consumer team.

The core responsibility of the Regional CHC Operations Coordinator is to support the Regional Head, collaborating closely with regional leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure operational and strategic alignment. The role involves diverse responsibilities to support the efficient execution of sales and marketing initiatives, vital for operational excellence.

This is a permanent position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Data Collection and Analysis: Collate, analyze, and track KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to support regional marketing and commercial strategies.
• Insights and Reporting: Prepare and coordinate the collection of market data to inform strategic decisions.
• Document Preparation: Organize and prepare complex documents for reviews and meetings, upload marketing and medical materials, and gather data for reports.
• Business Meetings/Events Arrangement: Coordinate venues, schedules, equipment, catering, accommodations, and travel for medium-scale events.
• Budgeting: Manage purchase orders, support expense reports, track budgets, and report variances.
• Project Resource Management: Support deployment and use of project resources, coordinating with various departments for seamless execution.
• Compliance Responsibility: Ensure adherence to applicable rules, laws, and regulations.
• Correspondence: Prepare emails, meeting minutes, and reports for senior approval.
• Administration: Support complex document and database management, and improve processes.
• Operational Compliance: Identify and report instances of non-compliance.
• Personal Capability Building: Develop technical skills through training and coaching.

Qualifications include several years of experience in a healthcare or FMCG support role, with the ability to work independently.
