For our client Celltrion, a biosimilar market leader, we are seeking a Regional Business Manager (f / m / d) Oncology.

Role Overview

The Regional Business Manager (RBM) manages the company's oncology portfolio within a designated geographic area, engaging with regional stakeholders such as healthcare professionals, hospitals, networks, and associations. The RBM identifies potential customers, develops relationships, and collaborates with marketing to support strategic initiatives and stakeholder engagement projects. The role involves building holistic partnerships beyond daily visits, focusing on long-term collaboration and strategic influence.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Serve as a knowledgeable contact for oncology physicians, networks, and other stakeholders to promote our oncology drugs.
  2. Plan and execute activities supporting oncology specialists and their teams.
  3. Work with Market Access to address market barriers.
  4. Provide scientific advice on monoclonal antibodies and other oncology therapies.
  5. Share product information and experiences with customers and back office teams.
  6. Develop and implement engagement formats and projects with cross-functional collaboration.
  7. Present latest clinical data on products.
  8. Maintain and expand customer relationships and acquire new clients.
  9. Achieve sales and strategic goals.
  10. Organize and participate in regional and national events.
  11. Manage administrative tasks, including documentation and database maintenance.
  12. Analyze sales data and develop business plans.
  13. Manage budgets and monitor competitive activities.
  14. Ensure compliance with regulations.
  15. Utilize IT systems effectively.
Minimum Requirements
  • Degree in pharmacy, medicine, veterinary medicine, chemistry, biology, or related fields.
  • Established contacts within oncology stakeholder networks.
  • Proven success in sales or stakeholder engagement.
  • Understanding of treatment, reimbursement, and health economic decision processes.
  • Experience in marketing support and project management.
  • Knowledge of biologicals or biosimilars is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and customer orientation skills.
  • Reliable, structured, and independent working style.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Willingness to travel and hold a valid driver’s license (Class B).
