Regional Business Manager (gn) Oncology
Regional Business Managers are responsible for managing the company's oncology portfolio at regional stakeholders through a holistic approach (HCPs, field-based and hospital local foundations, networks such as HCP associations). They identify potential customers, networks, and stakeholders in the Oncology business and interact with them to expand business volume. They work closely with the marketing department to develop and implement strategies and support projects for all stakeholder groups.
The RBM manages and directs all cross-functional activities related to oncology customers in their area.
The RBM maintains constant communication and interaction with identified customers through personal visits, calls, project work, educational events, and other channels—both virtual and personal. The focus is on building holistic partnerships with HCPs, rather than daily visits to doctors' offices. The RBM leads (dotted line) the Medical Customer Manager (MCM) linked to their business area and is responsible for a specific geographic region, including overseeing customer prescriptions of oncology drugs.
