Qualifikationen

• 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung im Vertrieb oder in der Geschäftsentwicklung, vorzugsweise im chemischen Bereich.
• Selbststarter mit starkem Hintergrund in der Geschäftsentwicklung.

Aufgaben

• Unterstützung bei der Identifizierung zukünftiger Markttrends und Geschäftswachstumschancen.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing, Vertrieb und Geschäftsentwicklung zur Förderung von Aktivitäten.

What you´ll do

• Support identifying future market trends, developments, and product/service expectations, translating them into business growth opportunities
• Support Sales/Marketing in new technologies, projects, and products through a deep understanding of product, market, technology, and customer needs
• Analyze and build different future scenarios to create new business paths
• Develop and support the strategy map and customer roadmaps, steering profitable growth globally, regionally, and locally
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, KAM, and Business Development to drive activities
• Build relevant customer and market relationships, attending and supporting key events, exhibitions, and trade fairs
• Aggregate product, technology, application, and business model needs, communicating them to key interfaces

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial studies, or related majors (Master is welcome but not mandatory)
• 3~5 years of sales or business development work experience preferably in chemical or electronics field
• Self-starter, strong business development background (3+ years), market strategy analysis is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, ability to articulate technical information to customers and to technical team
• Fluent English and German skills
