Job Description:

AP4 Group is seeking a Full Time Regional Account Manager, Germany. AP4 Group LLC is a global provider of heavy-duty & aeroderivative industrial gas turbine maintenance, including spare parts distribution, component repairs, and field services.

Our team of 170 employees aims to provide our customers with the parts and services they need, when they need them.

We are growing and looking for talented individuals to join our team!

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new business and expand existing client relationships in Northern Europe and the UK.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to meet customer needs and explore new opportunities.
  • Forecast your account base accurately.
  • Plan and execute account growth strategies.
  • Build strategic relationships with key decision makers to support budget goals.
  • Identify customer needs and ensure satisfaction.
  • Drive prospecting and creation of new sales opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors for competitive advantages.
  • Provide feedback on pricing and product offerings.
  • Manage travel and expense budgets.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with key accounts and AP4 Service Managers.
  • Maintain regional pipeline to meet short-term and long-term goals.
  • Keep CRM data up-to-date for accurate insights.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for a compliant sales process.
  • Attend meetings, sales events, and training sessions.
  • Coordinate with Service Managers to define solutions.
  • Ensure products and services meet or exceed customer expectations.
Qualifications
  • Resumes in English; residence in Northern Europe or the UK.
  • Sales experience in the UK and Continental Europe.
  • 5-10 years of consultative sales experience.
  • Knowledge of Gas Turbines and control systems is a plus.
  • Fluent in German, French, and English.
  • Experience with transactional and contractual relationships.
  • Technical education or background preferred.
  • Experience with electrical control products preferred.
  • Proven success in B2B sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship skills.
  • Willing to travel 60% of the time.
  • Motivated, target-driven, with a track record in industrial sales.
