  • Regular customer meetings to review performance and align initiatives to achieve the targets and strengthen network with all relevant business partners to create new leads/projects
  • Responsible for driving all demands and be the first point of contact of all functions within the customers in Nordics, Germany and UK
  • Responsible for profitable sales development of the respective business for Nonwovens and Tissue & Towel
  • Analyze customer adhesive potential and competition activities and Lead & initiate contacts at plants, R&D, quality, purchasing, logistics, marketing, management level
  • Define and present ambitious and achievable yearly plans
  • Elaborate and negotiate successful approaches to develop the business
  • Stay in close contact and exchange with the functions like AE, PD, PLM, Marketing, Management to drive profitable growth strategy in the region.
  • Regular tracking of business drivers and discover gaps and opportunities in performance (Turnover, Profitability, Product Mix) and define counter-measures in case of discrepancies

  • Master's degree in business administration, engineering or similar
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in technical sales
  • Ability to influence, motivate, and create relationships at all levels with strong focus on results and value creation
  • Strong communication skills and team orientation with ability to coordinate projects with internal stakeholders, commercially and technically
  • Willingness to travel in Europe and to work remotely
  • Fluent in German and English, other languages like Swedish, Dutch or Italian would be a plus
