We are recruiting on behalf of a global leader in digital transformation and energy management for an ambitious and experienced Regional Account Manager to lead high-impact commercial relationships with Process OEMs in the Consumer Packaged Goods sector.
About the Role
As Regional Account Manager, you will be the key commercial link between internal business units and strategic customers across Europe. You'll play a critical role in developing and expanding complex solution sales, coordinating cross-functional teams, and building lasting executive-level relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver a clear growth strategy for targeted accounts across multiple countries.
Develop long-term executive relationships and manage multi-level stakeholder engagement.
Offer deep domain expertise in Consumer Packaged Goods trends, pain points, and strategic opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to build tailored value proposals.
Identify, manage, and close a strong pipeline of opportunities.
What You Bring
Proven experience in international account management and complex solution selling.
Strong business development skills, especially in identifying new senior-level opportunities.
Excellent communication in German and English (both written and spoken).
Familiarity with the Consumer Packaged Goods sector and related industrial processes.
Confidence and credibility in front of C-Level and Procurement leadership.
Experience negotiating contracts and managing strategic partnerships.
Strong understanding of digital and industrial automation technologies.
A collaborative mindset with a proactive and entrepreneurial attitude.
