What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Education, Business, Project Management, or related fields; advanced degree preferred.
• Deep knowledge of the German and French educational markets, including familiarity with institutions, faculty, students, and industry bodies.
• Experience in program development within a global organization and leading organizational change.
• Proven leadership in dynamic, customer-centric environments and event management.
• Strong relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in German and French (native or near-native), and English.
• Technical skills in CRM and internal platforms; experience in associations is a plus.
