As a Regional Sales Manager (f/m/d) in the new sales team for distribution transformers, you will drive our business goals with passion, dedication, creativity, and innovation. You will collaborate with stakeholders inside and outside the company to develop and expand the customer base, contribute to sales strategy, and implement it effectively in your region, supported by your network and factories. This role requires strategic thinking, strong business acumen, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a deep understanding of market trends and competitive activities.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for your region to meet targets, collaborating with marketing, product development, and other departments.
  • Generate opportunities, manage bidding and pricing strategies with factories, lead customer negotiations, and conduct win/loss analysis.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners across countries and verticals.
  • Coordinate agents in your region, set business goals, and ensure objectives are met.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to position our products/services effectively and advise key accounts.
  • Present proposals, strategies, and progress reports to stakeholders, and lead training programs and workshops internally & externally.
  • Focus countries: UK, Ireland, Netherlands.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive performance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, along with analytical and problem-solving abilities, and financial acumen.
  • Strong knowledge of distribution transformers, regional markets, industries, and understanding of market conditions, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Ability to travel within the region as needed.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
  • Fluent English; additional languages relevant to the region are a plus.
