Job Responsibilities

1. Coordinate the entire process of used products, from on-site inspection to finished product refurbishment and repair. Be responsible for on-site operation management and quality supervision.
2. Manage the collection and usage of spare parts to ensure smooth operation of the production line.
3. Oversee the management of production line operators and lead the team to achieve refurbishment and repair performance KPIs.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above. Experience in refurbishment or repair of chargers, power banks, earphones, sweeping robots, or energy storage products is preferred.
2. Good communication, coordination, and team management skills.
3. Proficiency in English for work purposes.
