Job description

Tasks

• Technical and disciplinary management of the refrigeration mechanics and the employees in the industrial truck workshop

• Preparation of shift schedules, planning of on-call duties and organisation of order allocation

• Technical supervision of the complete processing of order cycles, incl. dialogue acceptance

• Taking over test runs, responsibility for the final inspection and ensuring the technically correct testing and maintenance of the refrigeration systems

• Commercial advice and customer care

• Preparation and processing of complaints, cost estimates as well as customer service and repair orders

• Responsibility for occupational safety, quality management and compliance with company regulations

Requirements

• Successfully completed vocational training as a refrigeration system installer as well as further training as a master craftsman

• Several years of professional experience

• Relevant technical knowledge in the above-mentioned area

• Truck driving licence is required

• Refrigerant certificates of competence and the necessary manufacturer training courses are desirable (can also be acquired at a later date)

• Willingness to work in a 4-shift system as well as business trips
