Referent Treasury – Financing & Treasury (m / f / d)

We are looking for an experienced treasury professional with excellent analytical and modelling skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to take on responsibility. Prior experience with logistics assets is a plus but not mandatory.

Your Role

1. Develop and maintain a Group hedging and liquidity strategy
2. Manage the Group Liquidity Plan (Excel-based)
3. Oversee the Group treasury function across the holding company and subsidiaries
4. Advise group companies on debt financing, cash pooling, and hedging operations
5. Maintain and expand relationships with banks/lenders, including covenant management and reporting
6. Participate in investment projects, especially from a financing/liquidity perspective
7. Contribute to interdisciplinary tasks related to business planning, portfolio management, and investor relations
8. Engage proactively with internal and external senior stakeholders

Your Profile

• Master's degree in economics, business administration/management, or finance
• 4 to 6 years of experience in deal advisory (Big 4), debt advisory, private equity, corporate finance, or corporate treasury
• Experience in infrastructure industry or portfolio management is advantageous
• Strong investment and financing knowledge
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with strong Excel proficiency (mandatory)
• Team player with effective communication skills
• Results-oriented with a focus on implementation and working towards tight deadlines
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
