In the Classic Infrastructure Services unit, we are responsible for providing all services related to computing, workplace, and network. Our mission includes empowering users and communicating with clients to find the best solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Future-oriented: Shape the future of our company's DDI solutions, automate interfaces between the bank and service providers, and ensure smooth IT operations.
2. Responsibility: Lead in network management, monitoring tools, DNS, DHCP, and IPAM. Manage daily operations and contribute to the ongoing development of these services.
3. Strategic Development: Drive digital transformation and implement tools within the team to modernize the IT workplace.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with other IT disciplines on project-based and strategic initiatives.
5. Consultation: Advise clients on technological questions and improve user experience, including implementing new addressing concepts.

Qualifications:

• Degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable qualification.
• Proven experience in network operations, including products and their interactions, monitoring, IP addressing (IPv4 & IPv6), DNS management, and provider coordination.
• Experience with on-premise and cloud solutions, and tools like CheckMK, Infoblox, Netbox, Bind, PowerDNS. Additional experience in DCIM is a plus.
• Motivated to design, build, and operate a unified, automated platform.
• Innovative, proactive, and adaptable personality, eager to collaborate with IT specialists.
• Excellent communication skills tailored to different audiences, and resilience in challenging situations.
