Our client, a leading Global Executive Coaching company, is looking for a Senior Sales Recruitment Manager to support the hiring and onboarding of new Executive Coaches.

Preferably based in Germany (fluent in both German and English), offering a €45,000 annual base salary and €120,000 OTE, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Recruitment Manager to join our client's team. As the Coach Recruitment Manager, you will play a pivotal role in representing the company's people, brand, and content with care and respect. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies for Unit and Area Representative Sales, contributing to the expansion into new markets.

Key Responsibilities :
  1. Manage a database of suspects, prospects, and qualified leads using an advanced CRM system.
  2. Refine and enhance all components of the sales process to maximize effectiveness.
  3. Identify new strategies, ideas, and concepts to improve the company's sales efforts.
  4. Participate in initial company training sessions.
  5. Collaborate with the President and Chief Development Officer to develop an annual business plan, ensuring targets are met.
  6. Assist in implementing company marketing plans as needed.
  7. Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities within the assigned territory using the CRM system.
  8. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, ensuring their communication and implementation within the team.
