Our client, a leading Global Executive Coaching company, is looking for a Senior Sales Recruitment Manager to support the hiring and onboarding of new Executive Coaches.

Preferably based in Germany, fluent in both German and English, offering a €45,000 per annum base salary and €120,000 OTE, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Recruitment Manager to join our client's team. As the Coach Recruitment Manager, you will play a pivotal role in representing the people, brand, and content of the company with care and respect. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies for Unit and Area Representative Sales, contributing to the expansion of our presence in new markets.

Key Responsibilities :
  1. Manage a database of suspects, prospects, and qualified leads using advanced CRM.
  2. Refine and enhance all components of the sales process to maximize effectiveness.
  3. Identify new strategies, ideas, and concepts to enhance the success of the company's sales efforts.
  4. Participate in initial company training sessions.
  5. Collaborate with the President and Chief Development Officer to develop an annual business plan, ensuring target numbers are reached.
  6. Assist in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed.
  7. Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities within the assigned territory using the CRM system.
  8. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes and ensure their communication and implementation within the team.
