Main Duties and Responsibilities for the Recruitment Coordinator

• Work with Talent Acquisition Manager to build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs across multiple disciplines within the organization.
• Support in the creation and posting of job advertisements on various platforms
• Coordinate open vacancies with external partners and manage applications
• Coordinate interviews with the Hiring Managers and follow up
• Identify and attract candidates using databases, networks, LinkedIn, referrals, and other creative methods
• Pre Screen candidates on behalf of Hiring Managers with the support of the Talent Acquisition Manager
• Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and recruitment drives
• Promote and support diversity, equity, and inclusion in all hiring processes
• Continuously support and improve recruitment processes and recommend best practices

Skills and Experience Required for the Recruitment Coordinator

• Ideally One to Two years’ experience in recruitment sourcing or talent acquisition coordination ideally from an agency background
• Alternatively office assistant and support skills, with the ability to learn quickly and multitask
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms would be an advantage but not essential
• Previous experience with Workday would be very beneficial
• Ability to multi task and work on multiple roles with competing priorities
• 5 days a week office based near Frankfurt airport
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Fluent English is essential
