We are an in-office company and our expectation is that employees primarily work from their Applied Intuition office 5 days a week. However we also recognize the importance of flexibility and trust our employees to manage their schedules responsibly. This may include occasional remote work starting the day with morning meetings from home before heading to the office or leaving earlier when needed to accommodate family commitments. (Note : For EpiSci job openings fully remote work will be considered by exception.)

About the role

We are looking for ambitious Recruiting Coordinators to join our Recruiting Operations team on a contract. You will play a crucial role in supporting the entire recruiting infrastructure from the ground up.

At Applied Intuition you will :

  • Support our recruiting team in coordinating candidate interviews (phone virtual & in-person) for all open roles
  • Streamline the interview process to ensure that candidates have an amazing experience
  • Evaluate and recommend recruitment strategies and solutions to make our processes more efficient
  • Partner with sourcers recruiters and hiring managers to build out interview plans

Were looking for someone who has :

  • A bachelors degree from a reputable university
  • Experience in an operational position that works with cross-functional team members
  • Experience in roles that require a high bar for customer service
  • Experience working in an environment that requires for continuous process improvements

Nice to have :

  • Experience working on or closely with a recruiting team
  • Experience program managing events and tasks to completion
