Based in Berlin, Audible is looking for an organized problem solver to fill this Recruiting Coordinator role. In this role, you will support a team of Recruiters and help manage the end-to-end recruiting process. You will be involved in all the tasks that keep a recruiting team running - scheduling interviews, opening requisitions, and maintaining data. In addition, you will take the lead on team communication, process improvement, process documentation, policy updates, audits, and team training. Above all else, you advocate for the candidate experience.
You’re extremely organized. You colour code your inbox and it drives you crazy when you have items on your to-do list that haven’t been checked off in days. You’re customer focused. You’re a problem solver. You identify issues and find solutions. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and don't shy away from ambiguity. You believe that if you do right by your customer, everything else will follow.
This position is initially open through a 24-month contract.
