A leading company in the software sector is seeking a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Manager to independently manage the recruitment process across Europe. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers, conducting interviews, and enhancing employer branding efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience in talent acquisition, excellent communication skills in German and English, and a structured working style. This position offers a hybrid work model and attractive compensation.
As a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Manager (f/m/d), you will independently manage the entire recruitment process – from the initial alignment with hiring managers to the final signing of the contract with selected candidates.
Together with an experienced colleague in the recruiting team, you’ll work on exciting projects, exchange ideas, develop new approaches, and take our Talent Acquisition to the next level.
Your responsibilities:Independent management and coordination of the end-to-end recruitment process across Europe,
including alignment with departments, job postings, channel selection, offer preparation, and onboarding.
Creation of job profiles in close collaboration with hiring managers and department leads.
Acting as a sparring partner for hiring managers in all matters related to recruitment and talent acquisition.
Conducting interviews and screening candidates to identify the best fit.
Active sourcing on relevant platforms and creative outreach to potential candidates.
Managing and expanding our network of recruitment partners (e.g., agencies, platforms).
Leveraging and analyzing relevant KPIs to track success and optimize processes.
Contributing to ouremployer branding efforts in collaboration with Internal Communications and Marketing
(e.g., campaigns, content creation, social media).
Supporting strategic HR projects to continuously develop and improve our Talent Acquisition strategy.
Several years of experience in recruiting / talent acquisition, ideally in an IT and international context.
Confident and professional interaction with stakeholders at all levels.
Hands-on experience with active sourcing and familiarity with a variety of recruiting tools.
Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
A structured, self-driven, and solution-oriented working style.
Creativity and team spirit for employer branding and HR-related projects.
