We are looking to strengthen our People & Culture team immediately or as soon as possible in a full-time, permanent position as Recruiter (m/w/d).

Your Responsibilities:
  1. Inspire: Identify potential employees and attract them through personalized and appreciative communication, mainly via active sourcing.
  2. Network: Build and maintain a talent pool and strategic network, regularly screening for potential candidates.
  3. Drive: Validate recruiting trends in the IT sector and manage targeted recruiting measures based on needs and target groups.
  4. Advise: Independently support our departments on all questions related to talent acquisition.
  5. Appreciate: Guide candidates through their journey and ensure they feel welcomed and valued.
What You Bring:
  • Successfully completed studies in Business, Social Sciences, or a comparable field
  • Experience in active sourcing, preferably in the IT sector
  • Professional demeanor, team skills, and high initiative
