Responsibilities

  • Work with key stakeholders to manage the process from new job requirement through to final offers
  • Screening, assessment and scheduling for candidates in our pipelines
  • High quality sourcing to drive pipeline activity
  • Ensure outstanding processes and candidate experience
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending and implementing innovations to improve our products and processes
  • Dive deep into the details to identify, understand, and solve difficult technical problems.
  • Constantly be challenging requirements to determine what adds value and what is not.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience recruiting for technical roles
  • Tech and software recruitment experience is great, ideal if you have any defence knowledge also
  • Comfortable working with senior stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of high quality processes to ensure recruitment excellence
  • Able to adapt and change quickly given the fast paced growth in the industry
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment with a strong drive for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
