Recruiter (m/f/d)

Our international and agile team is looking for a motivated individual to support our HR team. We are a young, passionate, and caring environment. Your Tasks

1. Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer, primarily focusing on hiring top candidates for our teams in Germany, Sweden, and the UK.
2. Collaborate with engineering and commercial team leads to understand hiring needs and develop search strategies.
3. Create and refine job descriptions in partnership with all departments.
4. Source suitable applicants through online platforms such as Xing and LinkedIn.
5. Maintain data accuracy in our ATS and report on recruitment metrics.
6. Manage relationships with space-related job advertisement sites.
7. Coordinate with marketing on employer branding initiatives.
8. Organize job fairs in collaboration with our marketing team.

Your Qualifications

1. Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
2. At least 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a technical environment.
3. Strong sourcing skills, including LinkedIn, Boolean search, and talent mapping.
4. Knowledge of various sourcing techniques and platforms targeting our candidate pool.
5. Experience in salary negotiations and compensation schemes.
6. Recruiting experience in the space industry is highly preferred.
7. Fluent in English, both spoken and written; German is a plus.
8. Self-reliant with a structured approach to work.
9. Excellent communication skills, teamwork-oriented, and loyal.
10. Empathetic with a service-oriented mindset.
