Our international and agile team is searching for a motivated person to support us as a Recruiter (f/m/d) in an HR team that is young, passionate, and a caring working environment. Your Tasks

• Own the full recruitment cycle process for your teams within the company from sourcing to offer, focusing on closing top-notch candidates for our teams in Germany and our subsidiaries in Sweden & the UK.
• Partner with engineering and commercial team leads to understand hiring needs and define search strategies.
• Interface with all departments on the creation of job descriptions.
• Actively source suitable applicants via online job portals like Xing and LinkedIn.
• Maintain data integrity in our ATS and report on recruiting metrics.
• Manage the operation and relationships with all specialist space-related job advertisement sites.
• Collaborate with the marketing department on employer branding initiatives.
• Organize job fairs in coordination with our Marketing department.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in recruiting, ideally in a technical environment.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Boolean search, talent mapping, etc.
• Knowledge of various sourcing techniques and platforms to access our target group.
• Experience in salary negotiations and pay schemes.
• Experience recruiting in the space industry is highly preferred.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written; German is a plus.
• Self-reliant and structured in your work approach.
• Strong communication skills, teamwork capacity, and loyalty.
• Empathy and a strong service-oriented attitude.
